This gal, jabzug, a student in NYC, is clearly having some fun with the hand-lettering, all while really studying typography and being bored in class. I like it a lot ![]()

I’d imagine lovely Canadian artist Eve Duhamel, who studied visual arts in Montreal and Santiago, Chile, was probably also an avid doodler in school. She still is, and we applaud her for that:

And finally, if you’re so lazy, you won’t even doodle letters, you can buy them at Urban Outfitters and stick them on your walls any way you want! Which is also, in a way kind of like doodling.

Interesting doodles. I’ve done some similar ones while I’m at school. You can check them out here if you’re interested:

July 17, 2008 @ 3:26 pmOoo! Love the jabzug doodles! I thought at first that the red on her hand was because she had been using the pen too hard, only to enlarge it and find some cute little flowers! I saved that flickr set to my delicious account for future inspiration!
I second RaShell, Alec, those are some impressive “doodles” (I would call the full-on illustrations!)

July 23, 2008 @ 8:06 pmHi! I found your site through a (lame, I know) vanity google search.
Really, it made my day/week/perhaps even month. Very nice site you have here. Right up my alley.
Thanks for showin’ my doodles.
