Look at your calendar. No, really, look at it. Is it fun? Inspiring? Creative? If not, it’s time to shop for a new one. And you’re in luck, cause THIS time of year, when the summer is officially over, and the leaves are turning, and new year starts appearing on the horizon,? lots and lots and lots of cool calendars show up in my rss reader list. Naturally, I’m more than happy to share some of my favorites with you:

* Jill Bliss and Saelee Oh’s collaborated on this adorable? 2009’s calendar. Mix of whimsical images, doodles and pretty colors - what can be better?

* Printed calendars from Delphine come on an easel or with ribbon:

* Wall calendar from Canadian Valérydesignwrks is not only creative, it’s environmentally friendly as well.

* 3rd annual calendar from Wolfie and the Sneak will start shipping October 1, 2008 and will not disappoint!

* Turtle Papers‘ wall calendars are so beautiful, that right now they’re already sold out! But don’t despair - the new batch is coming right up!

* Egg Press hatched not one, but two fun calendars this year. Elegant in its simplicity Letterpress Printed and colorful Offset Printed:

* 110% adorable and printed on 100% recycled cover stock calendars from Jessica Gonacha come in several sizes and are sure to add more fun and artistic creativity to your most mundane tasks of planning and scheduling ;)

* Modern, yet folksy Wooden Desktop Calendar from Night Owl Paper Goods would make great, original present:

* and last but not least, I just wanted to show you this spectacular calendar from doodler-extraordinaire Nathaniel Russell.
Even though it only expires in March 2009, it’s probably waaaaay too late to buy it, but I just wanted to show you how cool it is:

Oh boy! More letterpress items! I haven’t found these vendors yet; thanks for sharing! I’m particularly enchanted by the wood calendar. And that’s letterpress printed too right? What a tactile delight that would be! Off to check out their site.
