I really wanted to show you something other than good old pen-and-paper doodles today. And what better than these gorgeous metal doodles:
Liz Hall graduated for Maryland Institute of Art in 1985 where she majored in crafts with Jewelry/metal being her main focus. Her Jewelry design won her scholarships and awards through out college. After college Liz and her husband, Jeff Hall moved to Virginia and established Silverwood Farm and Studio which now combines Jeff Halls Sculpture studio, Liz’s Jewelry and graphics business and a pinto sporthorse breeding farm.

Her work combines precious metals, stones, plastics, glass or whatever shiny object catches my eye. Her designs are contemporary combining both organic and geometric forms, usually with colorful stones, glass or found materials.

And if somebody dares to say that all these swirls, dots and circles are not exactly doodles… will have hard time convincing me :-p
